$90 for carnations? I’m very displeased with the service provided. I do not feel as though the product received looks anything like online.

Do not order from here. Such a scam! Same day delivery takes over 12 hours for delivery and you don’t even get what you paid for. I ordered the top tier of this bouquet and then this is what was delivered. Not even remotely the same thing.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My mom posted on here a few days ago but I wanted to create my own review to show what was ordered, the cacti, versus what was received, cheap carnations, baby's breath, and some green leaves. This disgusting florist delivered something which did not even closely resemble what I ordered. Not only that, I was denied a full refund unless my mother was willing to do the 40 minute round trip to return the flowers. I live in a different state, otherwise I would have returned them myself but I wasn't going to make her do that. All I was offered was a partial refund and being told I could keep the cheap and tacky arrangement they delivered. The arrangement I ordered was $61 with a $20 delivery fee ($81 total). I received $11.15 back to my credit card. So basically I paid $70 for something that costs more like $15-20. Absolutely terrible experience.

My daughter placed an online order for cacti and succulents in a nice arrangement. She paid $80. This place substituted 2 carnations with about 4 small plants that you could purchase at Walmart for $2.99 each .this was certainly not worth 80 dollars..not even $20! My daughter requested a refund and they refused . They said I had to return this item which was delivered to me as a gift. The shop is in South Lakeland. I am 75 years old and now I am expected to drive almost 10 miles to their shop to return an item that I didn't purchase. I live in North Lakeland..over 20 minutes away. I have a heart condition and I cannot tolerate the heat . Online shoppers beware. This is wrong on every level. Poor customer service all the way This picture tells it all. Scam artists

Worst flower shop ever. I ordered the bouquet on the bottom left and the flowers on the right was what was delivered. I sent them to my sister in Lakeland and she sent a picture thanking me. I saw the flowers and was embarrassed thinking that’s what I ordered. I sent her a picture of what I ordered and her first words were “you got ripped off.” I emailed the shop with the pics and was sent an email back to call the shop. I called Mrs ds flower shop and was told the lady in charge would call me back after giving my info and she ghosted me. Turns out you have five days to work something out, Mrs ds and if she didn’t call back the five days would be past, so not only did they bait and switch with the flowers they lied to me about a return call. They give small business a bad name.
